The overall goal of the project is to promote economic opportunities for sustainable livelihoods through urban revitalisation in downtown Amman.

Summary of Issues Raised:
The complaint raises concerns about the exclusion of EASEP from several UNDP projects and from government led, UNDP supported stakeholder consultations on environmental issues.
UNDP Response:The Stakeholder Response Mechanism (SRM) engaged in dialogue with the complainant and the UNDP Country Office to clarify issues and concerns and identify options for addressing the concerns raised in the complaint. The Country Office directly engaged with the complainant to review past UNDP actions and to identify potential future opportunities for EASEP to participate in UNDP supported projects and activities.
